RN Journey ("we", "us", "our") provides licensure coaching and progress tracking for foreign-trained nurses pursuing US registered nurse licensure. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the platform, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Account and profile information: your name, email address, and phone number, provided when you sign up.

Onboarding details: your country, nursing qualification, target US state, and credentialing body, provided during onboarding so we can tailor your licensure checklist.

Progress data: which checklist tasks you've completed, notes you add to your journey, and how long you spend in each phase.

Payment records: when you pay for a coaching plan or a consultation session, our payment processor (Paystack) handles your card or mobile money details directly — we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the transaction (amount, status, and reference) to confirm your payment and unlock access.

Consultation bookings: the topic, date/time, and assigned coach for any 1:1 session or webinar you book.

Communication preferences and records: whether you've opted into SMS, email, or WhatsApp reminders, and a log of messages we've sent you (so we can confirm delivery and troubleshoot issues).

To create and manage your account, and to give you and your assigned coach visibility into your licensure progress.

To send you reminders, updates, and coaching communications by the channels you've opted into.

To process payments for coaching plans and consultation sessions.

To coordinate and schedule 1:1 consultations and group webinars with your assigned coach.

To improve the platform based on aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns.

Your assigned coach can see your profile, checklist progress, and notes, so they can support your licensure journey.

RN Journey administrators can see student and coach records to operate the platform, resolve support issues, and manage assignments.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share only what's necessary with the service providers below to operate the platform.

Supabase — hosts our database, where your account, progress, and booking records are stored.

Paystack — processes payments; card and mobile money details are handled by Paystack directly, not stored on our servers.

Resend — delivers transactional and coaching emails on our behalf.

Nsano — delivers SMS reminders on our behalf, when you've opted in and provided a phone number.

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active, so your checklist history and coaching relationship remain intact. If you'd like your account or data removed, contact us using the details below and we'll process your request.

You can update your profile and reminder preferences at any time from your dashboard.

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing us.
