By creating an account or using RN Journey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

RN Journey provides licensure coaching, checklist tracking, and consultation scheduling to help foreign-trained nurses navigate the process of becoming a licensed registered nurse in the United States.

We are a coaching and organizational tool — we are not a licensing body, credentialing body, or government agency, and we do not guarantee licensure outcomes, processing times, or exam results. Requirements and timelines are set by the relevant state boards of nursing, credentialing bodies (such as CGFNS), and testing agencies (such as Pearson VUE), not by us.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup and onboarding, and for keeping your contact details up to date so we can reach you.

You agree to use RN Journey only for its intended purpose of tracking and supporting your own licensure journey (or, for coaches and administrators, supporting the students assigned to you).

Coaching plans and consultation credits are paid for through Paystack. Prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) at checkout.

Payments are processed by Paystack; we do not store your full card or mobile money details.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us using the details below if you believe you were charged in error.

Coaches assigned to you can view your checklist progress and notes to provide guidance. Booked 1:1 sessions and webinars are subject to your coach's availability; meeting links are shared once a coach confirms the session.

Coaching guidance is informational and based on publicly available licensure requirements. You remain responsible for verifying current requirements directly with your target state board, credentialing body, and testing agency, as these can change.

Don't use RN Journey to submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

You may stop using RN Journey at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

RN Journey is provided "as is." We work to keep checklist content accurate and up to date, but licensure requirements vary by state and can change without notice — always confirm current requirements with the official credentialing body, state board, or testing agency before acting on them.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RN Journey after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
